Striving toward rights for all beings while promoting a vegan lifestyle. Showing the benefits of the veggie-way through education, live events, humor, related products, recipes, pod-casts and any other means possible. It is time to get the word out for and help all species that share this planet. To show how we are all connected and how helping those without voices will lead to a kinder less violent society. We can make the world better with each progressive thought and action. It can be as simple as one compassionate bite at a time.
Whether you are a vegetarian, vegan or at the beginning of your journey toward a more compassionate way of eating and looking at the world. It is our hope that this site will encourage you to continue to move forward with strength and conviction. When you make plant based choices you are not only becoming healthier, but you are lessening the suffering that so many animals endure. It might be tough at times, you might slip at times, but don't beat yourselves up. Instead, lift yourselves up knowing you are helping so many during your journey.
